Yesterday, April 25, The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS) and the Lower Great Lakes Chapter announced their 2023 Student Production Award nominees.
CHTV is being nominated for three awards this year. They include:
“High School Non-Fiction – Short Form” – Media Minds (Jack Ringenberg)
“High School Editor” – Jessica Dinh
“High School Public Affairs/Community Service” – International Festival (Aarini Pareek & Brenna Markland)
“High School Public Service Announcement (PSA)” – Digital Safety (Rebecca Lee)
“High School Commerical”– Spotify (Jessica Dinh)
“High School Commerical”– Kickstart (Coyer Paradise & Dylan Delise)
“High School Commerical”– Carmel Sectional Football (Coyer Paradise, Dylan Delise, Dashaun Barnes, & Alex Gastineau)
“We are very proud of our students who placed this year in the Student Production Awards,” said CHTV Faculty Adviser, Brandy Ostojic. “These are our first nominations for these awards and it is a huge accomplishment for the station to be on a national stage.”
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 22, 2024, in Cleveland, Ohio.
