Jack Ringenberg, Station Manager
Jack was one of CHTV’s former Station Managers. As the Station Manager, Jack oversaw every aspect of CHTV. In 2024, the Intercollegiate Broadcasting System gave Jack the title of “Best Student Television Station Manager”, making Jack the nation’s best TV Student Station Manager.
In addition to being one of the Station Managers, Jack was also the Senior Vice President of Website Development and the Director of Operations for CHTV+. As the SVP of Website Development, Jack was responsible for overseeing everything that was posted on the website, writing press releases, frequently updating the website, and adding old CHTV videos to the site. Jack Ringenberg is also the founder and CEO of his media firm, Jack Ringenberg Media.
When Jack was CHTV’s Station Manager, he drastically transformed the station to better appeal to students and teachers. As a result of his efforts, CHTV saw a dramatic increase in state and national awards. Jack is also responsible for the creation of the highly praised CHTV series, Chromebook Tech Tips, the highly praised documentary, The CHTV Archives, and the award-winning series, Media Minds and The Jack Ringenberg Show.
Jack is currently attending Ball State University, where he is studying media production. Additionally, he is working at Ball State Public Media as a Digital Video Fellow as a part of the station’s Public Media Accelerator program.
