Former Carmel High School student, 18, has been charged with a misdemeanor after allegedly leaving harassing voicemails on the phone of his former principal, Dr. Tim Phares. On the night of Sunday, July 7th, Dr. Phares and his wife reportedly received two voicemails from the suspect containing various threats. The suspect identified himself in the calls and police were able to match his phone number to CHS records. Currently, the trial is set for November 13th, 2024 in Hamilton County Superior Court 7, where the suspect will face two misdemeanor charges.
