As the 2024-2025 school year comes to an end there are a lot of important things to be aware of. Two of the most important things include ACE Week and Graduation!
ACE Week:
Seniors will have their first two ace periods B3 and B4 on May 16th. For all other grades, ACE’s will begin with their G4 period on May 19th. The following three days of ACE (May 20th, 21st, & 22nd) are all half days. From 9:05am-12:15pm attendance is mandatory during classes with no exceptions. Seniors do not have any classes on May 22nd, as they already had those ACE’s on May 16th. Students are free to leave the school at 12:15pm, however they are welcome to stay. Graduation:
For seniors, their last day of classes is May 21st, as the 22nd is a day all about graduation! The morning will start off with the annual senior sunrise from 7:30am-9am. This will take place at the CHS football stadium. Be sure to show up for breakfast, prizes, and memories! Following that, from 10am-11am is the required graduation rehearsal. This will be held at the Champions Pavilion. Seniors then have the rest of the day free until the official commencement ceremony later that same day. Doors for the ceremony (at the Champions Pavilion) will open at 5:30pm, and senior line up/role call will begin at 6:30pm. The ceremony itself will begin at 7pm and will conclude at approximately 9pm. Each graduate must wear their cap and gown, and is expected to wear dress shoes and clothes. Congratulations on making it to the end of the 2024-2025 school year! Make the final 2 weeks the best yet, and finish strong greyhounds!
