In this story I will be showing some options about school lunch at Carmel High School and Interviewing Lori Vohs, who is the director of Greyhound Station. There are 3 cafeterias at CHS including, Freshman, Greyhound, and Main Cafeteria. All of these serve breakfast for a price of $1.50 which includes milk, 2 fruits, and an entree which varies by the day of the week and lunch for a price of $2.89 which includes milk, 2 fruits, 2 veggies, and a lunch entree which goes by the lunch schedule located in the food service tab on powerschool. Some options for lunch entrees include on a Tuesday you can get pizza, pretzels, or grilled cheese. For a Wednesday lunch you can get bosco sticks or chicken nuggets. All the cafeterias also have a variety of fruit like watermelon, strawberries, pineapple, or applesauce etc. Also, in my interview I asked what her favorite school lunch that they serve and she said that her favorite was pasta with meat sauce and the green beans which they usually serve on a Wednesday or Friday. What is your favorite lunch CHS?
