Cole Dangler, News Intern
Cole Dangler is a sophomore and an aspiring director/ producer who has been in CHTV for two
years. Cole hopes to one day make a name for himself in the movie industry, his general
interests lie in either creating horror films or documentaries, and is aware of the polarizing irony
of the two genres. His industry idol is Euros Lyn and he feels inspired by every masterpiece he has
produced. He likes to spend his free time pursuing film photography, spending quality time with
his cats, and hanging out with his elite circle of friends despite his introverted nature. He is a
huge music nerd who loves everything from Billie Eilish to the Grateful Dead. Cole’s favorite
type of weather is an overcast sky and a heavy rain, not only is it a soothing atmosphere, but it
makes for great shots while filming. His current favorite TV show is Hearstopper, but a couple
close runner-ups include: The Derry Girls, Schitt’s Creek, and Dune (the last one is a movie, but
it’s just so good). As a person Cole is very agreeable and is down for anything, he just wants to
help in any way he can to put meaningful art into the world and change it for the better.
