This March is Women’s History Month! The theme, created by The National
Women’s History Alliance, is “Leading the change; Women Shaping a Sustainable Future.”
This month is all about future technology, education, civic power and connection. The NWHA honors
women who shaped the environment, economy and other efforts to improve the world and make
society like it is today. The month celebrates women like Rosa Parks and Jane Goodall because
of their ability to shape the future.
The NWHA educates the public about the vital role of women in history. By raising awareness, the NWHA uses March as a way to appreciate women and inspire young individuals to be successful and improve the future. They empower and inspire women to take action towards justice, sustainability, and equality. Women like Ruth Batteginsberg are examples of women who set precedents like being a woman in The Supreme Court, ultimately inspiring people to break boundaries and achieve greater.
This month is all about appreciating and inspiring women’s work for a better future. Because of their persistence
and courageous steps toward making the world better. Powerful women figures deserve a month to be celebrated for the envision and execution of a new better world
