Pawz Pet Cafe Review: Newest Cat Cafe in Carmel

Nestled among an array of buildings near Carmel Ice Skadium is Pawz Pet Cafe, Carmel’s first and newest pet cafe. This unique establishment offers a menu featuring an array of bubble tea and coffee beverages, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing outing. Customers can try a multitude of customizable drink options, as the cafe provides a wide selection of syrups, powders, and toppings to craft your perfect beverage. A visit to the cafe is quite affordable compared to other cat cafes; for $10, you can enjoy half an hour, while a full hour costs $18. The pet cafe operates from Tuesday to Sunday from noon to 8 p.m., making it a suitable spot for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy quality time with furry felines.

I had the opportunity to visit Pawz Pet Cafe on a pleasant Sunday afternoon with my friend. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by an inviting area dedicated to cat supplies, hinting at the fun that awaited us. As we stepped into the cat lounge, we were greeted by several friendly cats pacing around the room. My friend immediately gravitated towards a sleepy cat perched atop a cat tree in the center of the room. The staff at the cat cafe were happy to answer all of our questions and told us about each cat’s name and quirky habits, making the experience even more enjoyable. We loved petting and playing with the cats, forming an instant connection.

Pawz Pet Cafe is a fun place worth visiting, whether you’re with friends or family. It combines the joy of a delicious drink with the comforting presence of cute cats, creating a memorable experience for anyone who walks through its doors.

Ava is one of this year's two Promotions Directors. She is a senior and has been in CHTV for four years. She enjoys watching a lot of TV shows, dramas, and movies.
